Prestiguous residential development of 8 blocks.

We undertook design, supply & fixing of 32,000m2 Lightweight Steel Framework complete with boarding internally and externally.

Original Contract value of £1.5M increased to £2.6M with extra works including curtain wall/window/balcony installation and fabricating and installing cladding.

Contract period December 2007 through to February 2009 with all areas completed ahead of programme.
