19 storey office building refurbished for residential use.
Simco EFS were responsible for the design, supply &
fixing of the whole facade comprising Lightweight Steel Framework, external Rockpanel extreme cladding in metallic
silver, blue and special chameleon colours including composite windows/doors within fabricated aluminium pods to
ensure weathertightness on this exposed site.
Contract value of £1.4M, undertaken from November 2007 to January
2009 as originally programmed.
