1st phase completed January 2009 to Clients satisfaction and enabled 2nd phase value of £2.6M to be secured and
started straight after.
Works undertaken are supply & fixing of Lightweight Steel Framework, terracotta tile, ppc
aluminium & Reynobond cladding, windows installed within SEFS fabricated pods off site to accelerate on site works,
curtain wall, balconies, feature flashings.
