Simco EFS Rainscreen System Is Designed With Fixing in Mind but Still Maintaining A Quality System. We Manufacture Rainscreen Panels in ACM and Aluminium Depend on Customers Requirements.

ACM

This Is A Three Layered Laminate Which Consists Of Two 0.5mm Pre Coated Alu Sheets Thermally Bonded To A Polythene Core Which Makes Panels A Standard Of 4mm Overall. ACM as Great Flatness, High Anti-Corrosion and Excellent Weight to Strength Ratio. ACM Allows for A Massive Cost Saving In Comparison To Aluminium because This Eliminates Fabrication, Powdercoating And Uses 1.6 Times Less Weight.

ACM Is Manufactured In To A Simco EFS Panel Using the Latest Cad/Cam Technology. Panels Are Optimised Using Panel Builder And Cut/Routed Using A State Of The Art Cnc Router Table. All Panels Are Simply Folded By Hand Then Secured with Rivets to Form the Required Cassette.

Simco EFS Panels Are Supported By Aluminium Sub Frames And Brackets These Are Slotted Into Position Into Our Routed Clip To Form A Secret Fix, There Are No Fixings At All Seen On Our System Unlike Our Competitors, All Design Will Be Provided When Purchasing Panel System.

Simco EFS Alu Panel Can Be Manufactured In 2 Or 3mm Material Although This System Is Using More Material It Can Be More Suitable Depending On The Nature Of The Job, This System Can Be More Versatile When Bespoke Fabrications Are Needed. This Comes In A Full Range Of Colours And Has A Powdercoated Guarantee Upto 30 Years.

Panel Builder

The PanelBuilder systems from Axyz Automation are world leading CNC routing solutions designed specifically for the aluminium composite (ACM) market. By combining an advanced, easy to use software solution with a custom machine design, it is now possible to process ACM materials faster, more consistently and at a lower cost than ever before.

The 2D PanelBuilder software allows a CAD operator to simultaneously create both the panel blanks, and the associated NC toolpaths, that will allow the AXYZ outer to cut the panel blanks.

The 3D element of the package further enhances the 2D PanelBuilder software, allowing more complex 3D panels to be drawn, visualised and then unfolded, thus providing the dimensions & bend allowance associated with the selected material.
